Every line is a docket line: the item, the basis it is charged on, and the figure. The call-out line in force at this moment is marked in the last column.
Every figure on this page is illustrative. Nel & Sons Plumbing is a fictional business built as a demonstration, and none of these prices has ever been charged to anyone.

The call-out covers coming to the address and finding the fault. The after-hours charge replaces either normal zone call-out charge; it is not added to it. Work done on the same visit is charged at the hourly rate or at the fixed price for the item, and is quoted before it starts.

Paying
- Card on site, or electronic transfer on the day.
- For insurance work, confirm authorisation, the excess and payment arrangements with your insurer. Reimbursement depends on the policy and claim decision.
- Nothing is taken before the work is quoted.
